General Description: 

• Respond to maintenance and repair requests

• Maintain some basic landscaping

• Handle basic maintenance and repair tasks that would include, but is not limited to: HVAC systems, roofs, windows, flooring, plumbing, basic cleaning, filter replacements, and painting: common areas and housing units (internal and external)
